These terms govern your use of Bridge Operations. We keep them short and plain; we will expand them as the product matures.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using Bridge Operations, you agree to these terms. If you are using Bridge on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
The service
Bridge is facility-operations software for tracking zones, assets, issues, and facility health. It is early-stage software under active development, and features may change.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access data that is not yours, or use it to violate the law or the rights of others.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page. Fees are stated there, and we will give notice before any change takes effect.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridge Operations is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Bridge at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
