This policy explains what information Bridge Operations collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Bridge is early-stage software; we keep this short and will expand it as the product matures.
Information we collect
Account information you provide when you sign up — such as your name, email address, and organization.
Waitlist, contact, and demo-request information you submit on the public website — such as your name, work email, company, role, site count, phone number, and message.
Basic public website analytics — such as pages viewed, broad country and region, time-of-day bucket, referring site host, campaign parameters, and button/form outcome events.
Operational data you enter into the platform — zones, assets, issues, maintenance records, and the health scores derived from them.
Usage data generated as you use the product, which helps us understand performance and improve the experience.
How we use information
To provide, maintain, and improve the Bridge platform and to support your team.
To respond to waitlist, demo, pricing, partnership, and support inquiries you send us.
To understand what public website pages, sources, and times are working so we can improve the site without using invasive tracking.
To communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates.
We do not sell your personal information.
Where your data lives
Bridge runs on Amazon Web Services. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each organization’s data is isolated from every other organization’s.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that operate the platform on our behalf (for example, our cloud infrastructure provider), and only as needed to deliver the service. We share data when required by law.
Website analytics limits
Bridge does not use session replay, keystroke recording, or third-party advertising pixels on the public website analytics described here.
We do not store raw IP addresses in website analytics. Visitor counts use a daily salted hash so the same visitor can be counted for a day without preserving the original IP address.
Contact form analytics do not store names, emails, phone numbers, company names, roles, or message text.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data — contact us and we will help. Closing your account removes your data subject to any retention required by law.
Organization deletion removes active tenant records, uploaded evidence, and access groups. Minimal deletion receipts, security logs, and protected backups may remain for a limited documented retention period where required for security, recovery, or law.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
